Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your booking for a full refund at any time before the print run begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are no longer possible as your model is already being produced.
Refunds for Print Defects
If your printed part has a significant defect caused by a printer malfunction or material failure, we will offer a reprint or a full refund at our discretion. Minor surface imperfections, support marks, and slight dimensional variations are inherent to SLA printing and do not qualify for a refund.
Model Issues
We are not responsible for prints that fail or produce poor results due to unprintable geometry, insufficient wall thickness, unsupported overhangs, or other issues with the uploaded model. Please review our Help & Getting Started page for file preparation guidelines.
Pickup Times
All pickup and completion times shown on the site are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual times may vary due to printer availability, queue length, or technical issues. Delays in estimated pickup times do not qualify for a refund.
Delivery
Delivery fees are non-refundable once a courier has been dispatched. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery fees may apply. For delivery issues caused by the courier (lost or damaged packages), please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
Uncollected Orders
Completed prints will be held for pickup for 14 days. After that period, uncollected orders may be discarded and no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report an issue, contact us at hello@dorandesignstudio.com or call (929) 305-4185 with your booking details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
