1. Overview
ProtoParts is a 3D printing service operated by Doran Design Studio ("we," "us," "our") located in Gilbert, AZ. By placing an order through our website you agree to these terms.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in USD and are charged at the time of booking via Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfill it.
3. Print Times & Pickup
Estimated print start times, completion times, and pickup windows are approximate and not guaranteed. Actual times may vary due to printer availability, queue length, material conditions, or unforeseen technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines but are not liable for delays.
4. Delivery
If you select delivery, your order will be fulfilled via a third-party courier service (Uber Direct). Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed by ProtoParts. We are not liable for delays, damage, or loss that occurs during courier transit.
5. Print Quality
We print using SLA resin technology and strive for high-quality results. Minor surface imperfections, support marks, or slight dimensional variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and do not constitute defects. We are not responsible for issues arising from poorly designed or unprintable models.
6. Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have the right to print the models you upload. We do not claim ownership of your files. Uploaded models are stored solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and may be deleted afterward.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtoParts and Doran Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
